"As the President of a sorority with 140 members, it can be extremely difficult trying to organize and communicate activities. The Gin System gives everyone a common form of communication so that all members are able to participate and be aware of the numerous events that are constantly going on not only through our sorority but on campus as well. A feature that we commonly use is the Question feature. It makes sign-ups and voting a lot easier and more reliable. Instead of using paper sign ups that require a personal signature or voting by hand- counts, we now have electronic documentation. I personally have also found that the Member Forums are a great way to get feedback (positive and negative) on standing policies and newly enforced ones. It's also a great place that members can offer suggestions and improvements. Overall, I have found that the best thing about the Gin System is its versatility.
