. Questions LockoutWith this new feature, officers can post questions and "lock" them after a predetermined number of responses. This is a great feature for bus signups, philanthropy shifts, and other events where you have a defined number of slots. Unlimited Email and Text Messaging GroupsCreate an unlimited number of email and text-messaging groups so you can communicate with your chapter the way you want to and send info only to the people who need it (intramural teams, house residents, junior class, etc.). Mass text messaging is FREE to the chapter and a great way to stay in touch. Who's in My ClassesUse the Who's in My Classes feature to see who else in the chapter is taking the courses you are. It’s a great tool for setting up study groups! 3 Systems in One - With GIN, Officers, Members, New Members, and Alumni have their own access levels in the system. Post calendar dates, reminders, files, and more, and designate them for the group that needs them. Easy to Manage
Chapters designate the officers and administrators who can post and edit information. Administrators can add, update and delete users as needed. Pricing Try GIN for free for a semester to see if it works for your chapter (no credit card, billing info, no obligation). After that, continue you service for a low monthly fee that is based on the number of initiated members in your chapter (new members and alumni are always included). We don't have long-term contracts, and we bill once a semester to make it easy on you. We also lock in your pricing during your agreement-- even if your chapter membership grows. If you have 20 or fewer members in your chapter, pay just $20 per month for your system. 21-60 members? Pay $40 per month. With more than 60 members, your monthly fee is $60 per month. For most chapters, the cost of GIN on a per member basis works out to less than a trip to Starbucks each semester--well worth it for the great chapter tools!
