Badge Ordering Systems

When Alpha Delta Pi approached us with an idea for simplifying the badge ordering process for their thousands of new members, we knew we could help.  The result was a program that simplified what was a very paper-based process.  Now, new members can see the many badge and guard options and place an order online. Simple. The system also eliminates the headaches that national office staff were experiencing in tracking orders and sending them to the jeweler.  The new process also resulted in increased badge revenue for the organization.

Web-based Conference Registration Systems

When Phi Delta Theta wanted to automate the registration process for their many conferences and conventions, they sought GIN out to make it happen. The result? A flexible system that allows the organization to register members, alumni, and guests, and track meeting attendance and meal reservations.  Registrants can also sign up for optional meetings and events and pay for everything securely, online.
