If you are having a problem with text messages then we ask that you follow these simple steps:
Text 'help' to the number 80676
If it replies back with a message that reads "Message Failure", then your cell phone provider is blocking your account from receiving messages from short codes like GIN uses. You will need to turn these off by calling your provider and requesting them to allow your phone to receive SMS from shortcodes such as 'help'. Here are the phone numbers below with whom to call depending on your service provider:

If you receive anything else this means short codes are not blocked and therefore the message should go through properly.
